Legal basis of processing

The Data Controller processes Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following conditions applies:

Retention period

The Data is processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which it was collected.

Therefore:

The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the execution of a contract between the Owner and the User will be retained until the execution of that contract is completed.
The Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Owner will be retained until such interest is satisfied. Contact by phone

Users who have provided their phone number may be contacted for commercial or promotional purposes related to Il Levante, as well as to fulfill support requests.

The payment management services allow Il Levante to process payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other instruments. The data used for payment is acquired directly by the provider of the requested payment service without being processed in any way by Il Levante.
